Ricky Frank Workshop in April

ravenDeveloping a Personal Enamel Vocabulary with Light and Layers

This three day workshop for intermediate and advanced enamelists is aimed to provide new skills and help with design challenges.  The workshop will focus on layering techniques and color gradation, combining opaque, transparent and opalescent enamels for small scale jewelry-type pieces.  The layers will also integrate copper, silver and gold foils as important design elements.  You will learn how to make your own hand-made foils and you will fold, emboss, stamp and chase them to create one-of-a-kind expressive excitement in your enamels.
